*To qualify for surgery, a current FVRCP Vaccine is required and must be done 2 weeks prior to surgery (see Package #1). Proof required if not done through GFR.

Includes: Wellness Check, FVRCP Vaccine, Dewormer, Flea/Tick Preventative.
Surgery Package: Female $115 | Males $95
